６．Maintenance hi-lift platform truck
| Purpose： | This truck is mainly used for maintenance work of the aircraft engine, wing and fuselage. |
| Feature： | This truck is equipped with flat platform mounted on
the scissor’s mechanism with hydraulic sub-platforms. Optional generator unit ,air compressor unit , cleaning unit, and elevator or stair
to the raised platform are available. Various type of these trucks and equipments are also available to meet your
requirement. HSW-904 (Platform floor heights from 3 up to 9 m) is mainly used for maintenance of the center engine of MD-11 aircraft and has a V-shape cutout at the front part of forward extendable platform. HSW-703C (Equipped with hydraulic lifter for raised platform and lateral extending sub-platforms on each sides of the platform, platform floor heights from 1.14 up to 7 m, and max payload capacity: 1,000 kg) HSW-902AS (Platform floor heights from 2.15 up to 9 m) is used for washing the aircraft and is equipped with a tank for washing detergent and washing pump. The platform can be moved to both front and rear side by 2.5m stroke each for the efficient operation. TL-521DM (Hi-lift truck for door maintenance work, max. floor height: 5.2m, max. payload capacity: 2,500 kg) is equipped with the forward extending body by 2.5m stroke, stabilizing jacks ,hoist for the door, stair for the raised platform. |
